About the role

  • The client is a property management company dedicated to providing exceptional service to property owners and tenants, focusing on tenant onboarding, property maintenance coordination, and administrative management.
  • Role is to support property management operations; prior experience in property management or leasing is not required; coachable and eager to develop a career in property management.
  • Key responsibilities: - Act as the first point of contact for tenants, owners, and vendors via phone, text, and email - Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries promptly and professionally - Assist with scheduling property showings and coordinating with on-site managers - Update calendars and maintain accurate records of communications and activities - Follow up with prospective tenants and provide updates to property owners - Ensure that all questions and requests are handled quickly and clearly - Support the team with administrative and operational tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish is a bonus)
  • Strong background in customer service with proven client-facing experience
  • Coachable, adaptable, and willing to learn property management and leasing processes
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to multitask effectively
  • Tech savvy and comfortable using CRMs, calendars, and cloud-based tools
  • Motivated to grow with the company and build a long term career in property management
