The client is a property management company dedicated to providing exceptional service to property owners and tenants, focusing on tenant onboarding, property maintenance coordination, and administrative management.
Role is to support property management operations; prior experience in property management or leasing is not required; coachable and eager to develop a career in property management.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for tenants, owners, and vendors via phone, text, and email
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist with scheduling property showings and coordinating with on-site managers
- Update calendars and maintain accurate records of communications and activities
- Follow up with prospective tenants and provide updates to property owners
- Ensure that all questions and requests are handled quickly and clearly
- Support the team with administrative and operational tasks as needed
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish is a bonus)
Strong background in customer service with proven client-facing experience
Coachable, adaptable, and willing to learn property management and leasing processes
Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to multitask effectively
Tech savvy and comfortable using CRMs, calendars, and cloud-based tools
Motivated to grow with the company and build a long term career in property management
