Build Deel’s global community engine from the ground up, defining how workers and HR, IT, and Payroll leaders fuel launches and shape roadmap
Be the owner of Advisory Boards and scale HR, IT, and Payroll Advisory Boards end-to-end, launching and facilitating monthly sessions
Translate board feedback into recommendations that influence product bets, GTM priorities, and marketing narratives
Design and run programs, campaigns, and experiences leveraging customer advisory boards and power users to fuel launches and amplify product announcements
Lead customer storytelling: interviews, case studies, customer-centric campaigns, and media placements with PR
Run audience research, VoC pipelines, and build automated dashboards/alerts for live insights
Own creation, refresh, and governance of personas and ICPs for GTM teams
Advise teams with fast, data-backed guidance on audience, message, and motion when needed
Requirements
4+ years of experience in product marketing management sales-led growth or consumer marketing within a fast-paced, hyper-growth global tech environment
Strategic thinker and hands-on doer with a strong bias for action—you’re customer-obsessed, eager to join customer calls, and driven to uncover deep insights into their behaviors, motivations, and pain points
Proven ability to lead and execute complex, cross-functional go-to-market campaigns across Product, Sales, CS, Brand, and Comms
Strong analytical and creative skills—you know how to distill quantitative and qualitative data into compelling, insight-driven narratives that convert and resonate
Excellent communicator and storyteller, with experience enabling internal teams and influencing stakeholders through clear, customer-informed positioning and content
