About the role
- Oversee staffing strategy, resource planning, team management and hitting KPIs
- Serve as key Talent Acquisition partner to HR Business Partners and Revenue leadership
- Lead and manage a team of Sourcers and Recruiters
- Design and execute strategic staffing initiatives in partnership with Revenue leadership and HR Business Partners to ensure KPIs are met
- Serve as a full lifecycle Recruiter on critical openings
- Identify and implement creative recruiting and sourcing strategies to consistently attract top talent to Deel
- Ensure talent acquisition processes and procedures are designed, communicated, and consistently implemented across the organization
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to ensure a continuous pipeline of top talent
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience recruiting for multiple disciplines
- 4+ years leading people within a Talent Acquisition function
- Prior experience developing and leading strategic staffing initiatives
- High tech and/or startup experience
- Strong experience with data and KPIs
- Creative thinker that can also be the tactical implementer of new programs
- Ability to handle ambiguity and a fast paced environment
- Highly accountable with a “can do” attitude
- Proficient at developing strong relationships with business leaders and HR Business Partners
