Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets through full sales-cycle ownership
Maintain up to date knowledge on Deel’s Immigration offering and wider Immigration industry trends
Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with new and existing clients to fully understand requirements and tailor immigration solutions effectively
Work strategically alongside our core AEs to ensure a cohesive experience for our clients
Drive business growth working collaboratively with our SDR function
Foster strong relationships within the sales, marketing and product organisations to deliver the best possible experience to our clients
Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to clients
Maintain up-to-date customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data in our CRM system
Requirements
Based in APAC
2+ years closing sales experience
Mandarin language skills is ESSENTIAL due the customer coverage
Experience with process/playbook selling (i.e. MEDDIC, Challenger, Customer centric or similar)
Desire to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility
Hunter mentality with solid Sales DNA and appetite for continual learning
Prior experience in Immigration or Legal preferred (not mandatory)
Strong presentation, demonstration and communication skills
Ability to maintain up-to-date customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data in CRM
Experience working in a remote & distributed team (preferred)
Experience working as a co-prime or overlay AE (preferred)
Growth mindset, curiosity and eagerness to learn and grow (preferred)
