From high-impact brand activations to strategic SKO experiences and global field marketing, this role shapes how the world sees—and remembers—Deel.
Own the visual and experiential direction of Deel's event programs; partner with internal teams (Field Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing) and external collaborators to create immersive, ownable brand experiences that build awareness, engagement, and business impact.
You are a hands-on creative who thinks big and makes ideas happen; you understand storytelling through space, interaction, and environment.
Responsibilities include Creative Concepting & Vision, Art Direction & Creative Leadership, Content Creation and Asset Management, Experiential Innovation, Cross-functional Collaboration, Stakeholder Engagement, End-to-End Oversight, and Trendspotting.
Requirements
7–10+ years of experience in creative roles, with a strong focus on events, experiential marketing, and activations (agency or in-house).
A standout portfolio that showcases concept-led event work, brand activations, and immersive experiences that drive business results.
Proven ability to lead creative teams and external vendors, while rolling up your sleeves to contribute hands-on.
Deep understanding of spatial design, storytelling through experience, and audience-first thinking.
Familiarity with emerging technologies (e.g. AR/VR, generative AI) and how they can enhance brand experiences.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working with marketing, sales, and production teams.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design tools.
