About the role

  • Build, lead, and scale the marketing operations function to support revenue growth.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to ensure seamless handoffs, accurate reporting, and shared KPIs.
  • Define, track, and report on key metrics (CAC, MQL-to-SQL conversion, campaign ROI).
  • Own and manage the marketing tech stack (especially HubSpot, Salesforce & Monday.com, Optimizely, Factors.ai).
  • Design, implement, and optimize HubSpot workflows to automate and scale lead management, nurturing, and campaign execution.
  • Serve as a Salesforce professional, ensuring accurate data, reporting, and integration across GTM systems.
  • Enhance marketing automation, lead scoring, nurturing workflows, and data synchronization.
  • Support and optimize email marketing programs, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with demand-gen and ABM strategies.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks for campaign performance, funnel health, and marketing-sourced pipeline.
  • Manage attribution modeling efforts to identify high-impact initiatives and ensure data quality, integrity, and usability across all marketing systems.
  • Standardize and streamline campaign execution processes for efficiency and scalability; continuously refine internal workflows to maximize productivity and minimize friction.
  • Lead project management initiatives, ensuring on-time and successful delivery of cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Act as a change agent for operational excellence and cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot workflows and professional-level Salesforce administration/usage (certifications a plus).
  • Strong background in email marketing and campaign execution at scale.
  • Hands-on experience with project/campaign management tools like Monday.com.
  • Solid understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with fluency in performance marketing metrics.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and communicate with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple functions and priorities simultaneously.
  • Passion for process improvement, automation, and scaling marketing systems.
  • Advantageous: Familiarity with Optimizely (A/B testing & personalization) and Factors.ai (B2B attribution & funnel analytics); experience in SaaS or B2B tech environments; familiarity with RevOps and demand generation strategy.
