About the role
- Deliver Asana onboarding and implementation projects for enterprise clients.
- Lead integration and data migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions from legacy tools (Smartsheet, Monday.com, Airtable, etc.).
- Analyze client needs and translate them into Statements of Work (SOW) and tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and multinational teams across different time zones.
- Provide best practices, training, and consulting to help clients scale Asana adoption.
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients, ensuring project success and long-term value.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, or consulting.
- Hands-on expertise with Asana ; Asana Certification highly preferred.
- Familiarity with work management and project collaboration platforms such as Smartsheet, Airtable, Monday.com.
- Strong understanding of data migration, integrations, and SaaS project lifecycles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, US-based environment with global teams.
