Chief Marketing Officer

• Build, lead, and scale the marketing operations function to support revenue growth.

Email Marketing Manager

• Lead email engagement programs : Own the strategy and execution of one-off campaigns (newsletters, feature launches, event invites, surveys) from intake to QA and final send.
• Improve lifecycle performance : Audit current campaigns to uncover gaps, then design new segments, triggers, and content strategies to boost activation, engagement, and retention.
• Build and personalize campaigns : Develop responsive emails using HTML/CSS and tools, set up sends in parallel tools, and create tailored experiences.

• Serve as the trusted point of contact and lead customers step-by-step during onboarding and ongoing processes

• Lead and perform hands-on implementation, training sessions, and onboarding
• Manage a portfolio of customers at different stages of their journey
