About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery and go-live
- Own project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
- Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into clear project plans and actionable deliverables
- Drive projects related to enterprise billing, subscription management, invoicing, and quote-to-revenue processes
- Identify and proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and blockers
- Facilitate project meetings, provide regular status updates, and ensure alignment across stakeholders
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to business requirements
- Support continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
- Hands-on experience and strong understanding of enterprise billing processes and systems – a must
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders
- Strong understanding of subscription, invoicing, and quote-to-revenue processes – a strong advantage
- Experience working with SaaS products, enterprise software, or business applications
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar
- Experience working with ERP, CRM, or billing platforms – an advantage
- Excellent English, both written and verbal
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field – an advantage
