About the role
- Manage and optimize multi-channel advertising campaigns for automotive dealer clients across Search, Display, Social, and Video platforms
- Manage accounts through the life-cycle including onboarding and day-to-day account management
- Respond to customer requests and communications in a timely manner based on company SLAs
- Maintain customer retention rate according to company standards
- Act as a consultant by understanding client core goals and planning monthly and quarterly advertising strategy
- Execute and present results of key initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance clients' advertising portfolios
- Ensure accounts meet client-defined budget and metric goals and optimize accounts regularly based on company best practices
- Deploy A/B testing and CRO tactics to improve account performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and report to the Digital Advertising Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent attention to detail, especially with communication (written and verbal) and meeting deadlines
- Knowledge of Google Analytics or other bid optimization tools
- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook
- 2+ year experience managing digital campaigns
- 1+ years account management or customer service experience
- Google Analytics Certification (preferred)
- Google AdWords and Bing Ads Certifications (preferred)
- Experience as a PPC analyst (preferred)
- Experience with ads management software such as Fluency, Kenshoo, Marin, Doubleclick, Searchforce or Acquisio (preferred)
- Project management experience (preferred)
- Automotive marketing / automotive internet sales experience (preferred)
- Prior experience with digital marketing agencies (preferred)
- Must be a US resident (position open to US residents only)
- Must pass a background check
