About the role
- Respond to and qualify inbound leads in a timely manner
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via calls, email, and LinkedIn to schedule meetings
- Follow up on leads generated from events, webinars, and marketing campaigns
- Maintain a consistent demand engine and healthy pipeline outside key target accounts
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to align messaging and lead-qualification criteria
- Use CRM and sales engagement platforms (Salesforce, SalesLoft, etc.) to log activities and analyze performance
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- High energy, coachability, and a self-starter mentality
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfort with high-volume outreach through calls (60+ daily), emails, and LinkedIn engagement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with focus on activity metrics
- Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft (preferred, not required)
- Quick learner and adaptable
- Passion for technology, sales, and helping businesses solve challenges
