• Serve as senior counsel to clients, including direct interfacing with senior executives; translate complex data into clear, compelling insights.
• Create and implement cutting-edge measurement frameworks connecting earned, owned, and paid media to business outcomes.
• Evolve and manage a modern, flexible measurement toolstack; stay ahead of emerging tools and approaches.
• Identify and integrate AI and automation tools into measurement workflows to enhance speed, scale, and insights.
• Lead internal education initiatives to ensure comms team fluency in measurement principles and reporting best practices.
• Represent Day One externally through organizations, panels, publications, and events to build thought leadership.
• Partner with comms, creative, digital, and strategy leads to embed measurement thinking into campaign design and execution.
• Drive the style and clarity of reporting frameworks prioritizing storytelling, design thinking, and executive-friendly dashboards.
• Serve as a key voice on the Comms Senior Leadership Team, integrating measurement into team-wide priorities and growth strategies.

Vice President, Earned Measurement

• Lead ideation and find the big idea that will drive earned media across channels and create slides to communicate it
• Inspire and organize a team around cultural and consumer insights to drive creative thinking
• Copywriting and content direction for one-off posts to integrated campaigns, from caption to tagline
• Plan and launch campaigns on TikTok and other social platforms; build concept decks
• Create brand extensions such as a brand swag line when appropriate
• Bring fresh thinking and collaborative spirit to develop work
• Nurture and mentor junior creative and strategic team members
• Continuously search for consumer insights, new platforms and cultural trends
• Multitask and prioritize workload with quick turnarounds
• Present concepts and work closely with clients, applying creative solutions to business challenges

Associate Director, Story

Influencer Marketing

• Lead the development and execution of creator-led campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Own day-to-day client relationships, serving as the go-to for influencer strategy, casting recommendations, and executional guidance
• Translate brand objectives into creator strategies that deliver measurable impact
• Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with creators and agents—ensuring alignment with budgets, timelines, and campaign goals
• Bring a culturally sharp POV to every campaign, connecting the dots between creators, subcultures, and brand storytelling
• Mentor and manage junior team members, providing clear feedback, development opportunities, and inspiration
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, earned, and production teams to ensure integration and alignment
• Participate in new business pitches, developing influencer strategy and creator recommendations
• Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance, delivering insights and recommendations for optimization
