💰 $90,000 - $110,000 per year
About the role
- Lead ideation and find the big idea that will drive earned media across channels and create slides to communicate it
- Inspire and organize a team around cultural and consumer insights to drive creative thinking
- Copywriting and content direction for one-off posts to integrated campaigns, from caption to tagline
- Plan and launch campaigns on TikTok and other social platforms; build concept decks
- Create brand extensions such as a brand swag line when appropriate
- Bring fresh thinking and collaborative spirit to develop work
- Nurture and mentor junior creative and strategic team members
- Continuously search for consumer insights, new platforms and cultural trends
- Multitask and prioritize workload with quick turnarounds
- Present concepts and work closely with clients, applying creative solutions to business challenges
- Iterate and evolve concepts with feedback while keeping the big picture in mind
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as part of a creative team
- Copywriting experience
- Demonstrated experience creating campaigns and communications strategies across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Understanding of both major and emerging social platforms
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Collaborative partner with a great work ethic
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Preferred: Creative agency experience
- Preferred: Interest in the world of sports and/or experience working on athletic partnerships
- Preferred: Existing network of creators
