• Partner with the Senior Director of AI Transformation to deliver internal AI initiatives, pilots, and tool onboardings.
• Keep projects organized, maintaining timelines, documentation, and progress updates across AI workstreams.

• Establish and continually evolve Day One’s vision for earned measurement, ensuring our frameworks stay ahead of industry shifts and client needs.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing measurement team; invest in training and upskilling to embed comms measurement into agency culture.
• Serve as senior counsel to clients, including direct interfacing with senior executives; translate complex data into clear, compelling insights.
• Create and implement cutting-edge measurement frameworks connecting earned, owned, and paid media to business outcomes.
