About the role
- Create and execute analytic plans to support DaVita Integrated Kidney Care (DaVita IKC)
- Support development of reporting tools and sponsor development of reports and analytics to assess clinical and financial performance of IKC programs
- Aggregate and transform data, synthesize findings, and effectively communicate results
- Monitor clinical and financial outcomes of programs and communicate key takeaways to executive leaders and stakeholders
- Partner with Clinical, Operations, and Central teams to design, build, and enhance reports for population management
- Identify innovation areas for reporting, including process improvement, automation, documentation, and training
- Manage a team of analysts, providing leadership, project management, prioritization, coaching and professional development
- Research industry standards and guidelines to inform analyses
- Gain and apply knowledge of healthcare concepts, including kidney disease, claims and billing guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, public health, health informatics, analytics, math, statistics, computer science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience using SQL and relational databases
- Experience using data to create reporting deliverables
- Proven experience managing analytics teammates directly and/or managing analytics projects from start to finish
- Experience using Tableau or other data visualization tools, preferred
- Experience in healthcare claims analytics and knowledge of medical claims terminology preferred
- Knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts
- Ability to use visualization tools to create reporting for various audiences
- Strong problem solving skills
