About the role

  • Act as primary bridge between Pax8 and vendors to grow revenue and align GTM strategies
  • Own and nurture vendor relationships across 8–10 accounts
  • Influence how vendor products are positioned, promoted, and sold
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to shape vendor GTM strategies
  • Drive sales enablement by aligning vendor promotions, spiffs, and partner programs
  • Deliver monthly forecasts and quarterly business reviews
  • Aggregate and manage vendor content for the Command Console
  • Facilitate trainings, mission briefings, and vendor onboarding
  • Conduct on-site visits and provide strategic feedback to vendors
  • Maintain accurate org charts and territory maps for each vendor

Requirements

  • 3+ years in the MSP channel or IT Channel Sales
  • 2+ years in account management with quote-to-cash experience
  • 4+ years in technical sales or engineering roles
  • SaaS product experience (selling, handling, processing)
  • Strong Salesforce proficiency
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • A relationship-first mindset and a passion for strategic growth
  • Ability to undertake identity, security compliance and reference checks
