About the role
- Act as primary bridge between Pax8 and vendors to grow revenue and align GTM strategies
- Own and nurture vendor relationships across 8–10 accounts
- Influence how vendor products are positioned, promoted, and sold
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to shape vendor GTM strategies
- Drive sales enablement by aligning vendor promotions, spiffs, and partner programs
- Deliver monthly forecasts and quarterly business reviews
- Aggregate and manage vendor content for the Command Console
- Facilitate trainings, mission briefings, and vendor onboarding
- Conduct on-site visits and provide strategic feedback to vendors
- Maintain accurate org charts and territory maps for each vendor
Requirements
- 3+ years in the MSP channel or IT Channel Sales
- 2+ years in account management with quote-to-cash experience
- 4+ years in technical sales or engineering roles
- SaaS product experience (selling, handling, processing)
- Strong Salesforce proficiency
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- A relationship-first mindset and a passion for strategic growth
- Ability to undertake identity, security compliance and reference checks
