Lead and support cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives focused on hospital dialysis operations
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies to drive quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
Collaborate with divisional and local leadership to implement and sustain operational improvements
Conduct data analysis to evaluate project performance and identify improvement opportunities
Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Facilitate training workshops and coaching sessions to build internal CI capability
Align with the Director of Continuous Improvement and broader HSG goals to ensure strategic consistency
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
Travel to support assigned hospitals (~50% of the time)
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, business, engineering, or a related field
2–4 years of experience supporting or leading process improvement projects with measurable outcomes
Practical knowledge and application of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization
Demonstrated experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities
Ability to coach, influence, and lead without formal authority (no direct reports)
Travel to support assigned hospitals (~50% of the time)
Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) – preferred
Master’s degree in a related field (MHA, MBA, MPH, MSIE) – preferred
Familiarity with Design Thinking principles and practices – preferred
Lean Six Sigma Certification – Preferred (mentioned under Certificates)
No specific licensure required, but clinical or healthcare credentials are a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted; capable of standing, sitting, walking, stretching, reaching, and using full range of body motion; manual dexterity for using computer and equipment; vision adequate to perform essential duties
