Put patients first by building relationships and improving their health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives
Lead a cross-functional clinical team: develop, mentor and inspire teammates to deliver best patient care
Manage complete operation and performance of the clinic: adhere to budget, forecast expenses, manage vendor relationships, order supplies, and monitor compliance
Partner with Regional Operations Director to identify and address employee and patient concerns
Operate clinic autonomously with support from director, regional peers and company resources
Collaborate daily with clinical and financial teams to produce results that align to business needs
Be available when the clinic is open and support performance-based rewards and cultural growth
Requirements
Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in related area strongly preferred
Minimum of one year experience required in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.) at discretion of DVP and/or ROD
Current CPR certification required (or certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire or change in position)
Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
Available when the clinic is open
Collaboration is a must to be successful in this role; work daily with clinical and financial teams
