Create and maintain guidelines and resources that empower our entire product development organization to write with clarity and consistency, including AI writing tools.
Oversee the content strategy for our member-facing AI tools, including our AI-powered Help Chat. You will guide the personality, tone, and knowledge base of our LLMs to ensure they provide helpful and on-brand support.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure a seamless and cohesive narrative for our members as they move from marketing channels into the product experience.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to ensure our in-product messaging clearly communicates the value and functionality of our features, reducing friction and building trust.
Partner with our Legal and Compliance teams to craft messaging that meets strict regulatory requirements without sacrificing our approachable and empowering brand voice.
As a hands-on contributor, you will write and strategize content for key product initiatives, from new feature launches in our app to critical member communications and help articles. You will guide our teams on where to infuse small moments of surprise and warmth (think onboarding messages, error states, and push notifications) that reflect our brand voice.
Requirements
6+ years of experience in content strategy, UX writing, or a related field, with a portfolio showcasing your work on digital products (mobile app experience is a must).
2+ years of direct people management experience.
A portfolio that showcases crisp UX copy, long-form support content, and strategic thinking.
Experience providing formal or informal mentorship, feedback, and guidance to other writers.
Track record of using both qualitative and quantitative data to inform content strategy and content design iterations.
Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with Marketing, Product, Design, and Legal teams.
