Identify opportunities to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and scale best practices across teams.
Lead analysis to evaluate business performance, uncover insights, and support critical decision-making.
Collaborate with senior leaders and key stakeholders across the company to align strategies, remove roadblocks, and ensure accountability.
Develop and implement frameworks that enable smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and structures.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering professional growth and building a culture of excellence.
Support additional initiatives and special projects as needed to meet evolving business needs.
Work closely with Operations leadership to provide feedback on and execute operational strategy and deliver measurable results.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution is required; however, equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
6-8 years of professional experience in operations, strategy, or business management, preferably within the healthcare, health IT, or risk adjustment industry and prior experience leading a team
Strong background in finance or business analysis, with demonstrated ability to interpret financial data and link insights to operational decisions.
Experience with record retrieval processes and/or healthcare operations is highly preferred.
Expertise in data analysis and business intelligence
Track record as a change champion, driving innovation, continuous improvement, and successful execution of process or organizational changes.
Proficient in project and change management, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative management style and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including outside of standard business hours as needed, and travel up to 20%.
