About the role

  • Your Role: Act as the primary support to the executive leadership team by managing high-priority projects and handling confidential information with discretion, particularly concerning concerning the company's global operations.\n
  • Conserve executives' time by proactively researching, collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information for informed decision-making.\n
  • Provide professional and timely support to internal and external parties, representing the organization positively.\n
  • Be responsive to communications (emails, texts, calls), including availability after hours when necessary.\n
  • Oversee executive calendars, prioritizing key meetings with investors, regulators, and essential stakeholders.\n
  • Coordinate board meetings, investor briefings, and regulatory discussions, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance tracking, and strategic follow-ups.\n
  • Manage complex travel logistics, event planning, and high-level administrative tasks to ensure seamless executive operations.\n
  • Conduct research and provide analyses on industry trends, competitors, and relevant market developments.\n
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of executives.\n
  • Manage high-level communications with external stakeholders, including regulators, financial institutions, legal advisors, and other partners.\n
  • Continuously improve and optimize internal processes to enhance operational efficiency at the executive level.\n
  • Complete ad-hoc projects as required, including handling personal or family-related tasks.\n
  • Demonstrate resilience and composure under pressure, effectively managing shifting priorities and dynamic demands.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or a related field preferred.\n
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff, preferably in the finance, wealth management, technology sectors or legal environment.\n
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, regulatory compliance, and legal frameworks within digital assets and fintech.\n
  • Familiarity with crypto products, blockchain technology, and evolving regulatory environments.\n
  • Demonstrated professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive financial, operational, and legal information.\n
  • Experience with international regulatory frameworks and cross-border financial operations.\n
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management skills, and meticulous attention to detail.\n
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven experience interacting with investors, legal advisors, and senior executives.\n
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.\n
  • High degree of adaptability, problem-solving capabilities, and proactive mindset.\n
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.\n
  • Flexibility for occasional travel and availability for extended hours when necessary.
