• Build and maintain a live view of the United Kingdom landscape, including affiliates and regional ad platforms.
• Define and refine High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) personas, targeting hypotheses, and messaging angles.
• Identify and improve customer experience across key touchpoints.
• Convert insights into actionable briefs and hypotheses to improve growth performance.

• Prepare and revise corporate documents and commercial agreements, including share and asset purchase agreements, investment and shareholders’ agreements, JV agreements, service-level agreements, general terms and conditions, company policies, procedures, plans, and programs
• Survey licensing and/or registration requirements applicable to Nexo’s business activity in multiple jurisdictions
• Handle employment and other related legal issues
• Address general or ad-hoc legal queries from members of Nexo's team

• Survey the licensing and/or registration requirements applicable to Nexo’s business activity in multiple jurisdictions
• Prepare all necessary documents for licensing and/or registration procedures initiated by Nexo in multiple jurisdictions
