About the role

  • Datavant is a data platform company and the world’s leader in health data exchange; vision to power healthcare decisions with the right data.
  • Oversee People compliance-related activities including OFCCP and all other federal, state, and local regulations; report into Head of People Operations.
  • Own Datavant Open Reporting/Concern Raising Process and case management, investigation and closure of People related concerns.
  • Maintain an up-to-date employee handbook including state and local supplements and track handbook distribution.
  • Ensure annual training obligations (anti-harassment, EEO, FMLA, ADA, OFCCP, etc.) are met, including vendor partnership, content creation, and tracking completion.
  • Fulfill annual reporting obligations including EEO reports, OFCCP, VETS, California Pay Data, and more.
  • Monitor legislative and regulatory developments; partner with legal to recommend and implement policy changes and communications.
  • Train internal People team colleagues on compliance processes and guidelines.
  • Ensure data tracking meets OFCCP requirements across applicant tracking, payroll, and HRIS systems.
  • Lead internal audits and coordinate responses to compliance reviews and audits by state and federal agencies.
  • Partner internally and externally to ensure compliance with federal affirmative action plan requirements and track progress toward AAP goals.

Requirements

  • Degree level education
  • 5+ years in HR Compliance
  • 5+ years in Affirmative Action Plan development, management, and OFCCP reporting and audits
  • Deep expertise in Compliance related reporting both Federal and State
  • Knowledgeable about FLSA, ACA, ADA, COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, OFCCP, Title VII, HIPAA, and other DOL regulations
  • Passion for staying ahead of industry best practices and regulatory requirements
  • Analytical mindset with ability to anticipate complexities of procedures and regulations
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and high standards for accuracy in reporting and recordkeeping
  • Strong partner to internal HR teams, business leaders, and counsel to drive compliance and HR-related projects forward
