About the role
- Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Oracle CX Cloud solutions.
- Configure and implement Oracle CX modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, or Commerce Cloud).
- Support solution design, integrations, and customizations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, or Visual Builder.
- Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions for business users.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with ERP, HCM, and other enterprise applications.
- Provide post-implementation support and ensure successful adoption of CX solutions.
- Stay updated on Oracle CX product releases and best practices.
- Design and deploy CX processes across marketing automation, sales, service, or commerce.
- Customize and extend Oracle CX apps using APIs, integrations, and low-code tools.
- Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
Requirements
- Exp Level: 10+ Years
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–7 years of experience implementing or supporting Oracle CX Cloud applications.
- Strong knowledge of CRM processes such as lead-to-opportunity management, case management, marketing automation, and customer service.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud (Eloqua/Responsys).
- Understanding of data migration, reporting, and analytics in CX Cloud.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Oracle CX Cloud certification (preferred).
- Knowledge of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and B2B Commerce (nice-to-have).
- Experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, or Oracle Analytics Cloud (nice-to-have).
- Previous consulting experience with Oracle partners or system integrators (nice-to-have).
