About the role
- Assist in preparing product demonstrations and proof-of-concept environments for prospective clients
- Join customer discovery calls with senior Solutions Consultants to document business requirements, challenges, and success criteria
- Help build and maintain demo environments, configure sample data, and customize workflows as needed
- Assist in the development of demo scripts, customer journey documentation, and internal solution guides
- Build foundational knowledge of the Creatio platform and stay current on new features and industry best practices
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Demo Engineering, and Partner teams to ensure alignment on solution messaging and technical positioning
- Contribute to building demo libraries, FAQs, sales enablement materials, and templates that streamline pre-sales activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in a customer-facing, business analysis, support, or technical role (internship experience accepted)
- Strong interest in CRM, digital transformation, and enterprise SaaS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn complex software concepts quickly
- Basic understanding of business applications like CRM, ERP, or customer engagement platforms
- Ability to work in a team and take initiative when needed
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Preferred: Exposure to enterprise SaaS, cloud computing, or low-code/no-code platforms
- Preferred: Prior internship or experience in presales, consulting, sales, or IT
- Preferred: Experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Oracle, ServiceNow, or Creatio
- Preferred: Exposure to relational databases or SQL
