Solutions Engineer

• Assist in preparing product demonstrations and proof-of-concept environments for prospective clients
• Join customer discovery calls with senior Solutions Consultants to document business requirements, challenges, and success criteria
• Help build and maintain demo environments, configure sample data, and customize workflows as needed
• Assist in the development of demo scripts, customer journey documentation, and internal solution guides
• Build foundational knowledge of the Creatio platform and stay current on new features and industry best practices
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Demo Engineering, and Partner teams to ensure alignment on solution messaging and technical positioning
• Contribute to building demo libraries, FAQs, sales enablement materials, and templates that streamline pre-sales activities
