About the role
- Lead the end-to-end strategy, design, and implementation of complex Mobile Video and Software products into core selling platforms, including CPQ and Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC)
- Serve as the senior representative for Sales in cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with Product, Finance, IT, and Sales Operations to drive strategic, enablement-centered projects from concept to launch
- Translate high-level business objectives into detailed requirements, innovative process designs, and comprehensive use cases to guide development and ensure alignment with go-to-market strategy
- Oversee all aspects of testing, including the development of test scenarios and scripts and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure new offers and enhancements deliver a top-tier user experience
- Develop and execute robust business readiness plans for new launches, encompassing change management, authoring process documentation, and delivering training to sales stakeholders
- Formulate and drive strategies to increase tool adoption and operational efficiency, acting as the subject matter expert on go-to-market processes to maximize benefits for the Sales team
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of experience in Business Operations, Sales, Product Planning, Sales Enablement, or related strategic roles
