As Global Oracle Operation and Optimization team Director, optimise the Oracle global CX application landscape and harmonise applications and automation of business processes.
Lead and own the CX stack with responsibility for technical solutioning and end-to-end delivery to achieve maximum business productivity and efficiency.
Manage the application portfolio in the CX domain focusing on globalization, harmonization and using technology to automate manual business processes.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders and represent the Arcadis Technology team to progress the digital CX agenda.
Work with technology partners (systems integrators, managed services providers, consultants and vendors) to deliver technical solutions within schedule and budget.
Assign and direct agile teams, including third parties, to deliver Growth continuous improvement projects and major enhancements.
Oversee technical solution development including QA/QC, ensuring solutions follow best design practices and company standards (e.g. security/privacy).
Partnership with other Oracle and Enterprise Application lanes and teams for service management, incident management, integrations, SOP/KBA development and end-user communications.
Requirements
You are an experienced Oracle with extensive experience with integrating Oracle ERP and third-party solutions.
Proven history of delivering complex technical solutions in Oracle CX.
Technically curious and keep up to date with Oracle Digital Assistant, Oracle Machine Learning, Oracle AI, Oracle Redwood.
Collaborative leader with ability to lead teams to deliver beyond expectations.
Excellent application knowledge in the CX domain, preferably Oracle Cloud CX modules (e.g. Sales cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc).
Translate business challenges into workable application designs; hands-on functional and technical knowledge.
Strong track record in managing teams and/or projects and delivering Cloud solutions, preferably applying Agile delivery methods.
10+ years of professional experience as CX application functional or technical SME, or a similar role.
3 to 5 years of hands-on software development and Oracle CX configuration.
Experience in building and deploying software solutions leveraging DevOps, CI/CD and Cloud Engineering.
Experience with automated testing of business processes.
Understanding of Cloud platforms and how they integrate with a CX solution.
Professional certifications: project management, scrum master, SAFe, ITIL.
Preferred experience delivering complex technical solutions in Finance, Projects or HCM.
