About the role
- Set collective and individual objectives, establish action plans, and supervise progress to achieve them.
- Work in partnership with the Benelux management team (Cross BU) to analyze and implement the strategic plan.
- Develop annual operating budgets and drive monthly review and forecasting activities.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering outstanding quality in project execution and service delivery.
- Manage the S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process and lead monthly meetings to evaluate and anticipate the operational load.
- Drive and embed a culture of continuous improvement of performance and innovation to deliver productivity and speed of execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, Automation).
- Demonstrated experience in the automation industry with broad technical knowledge of different industry segments (Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Refining, Pharma, etc).
- Demonstrated ability in operational management roles, with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
- Proficiency in English for making presentations, negotiating, and interacting in daily written and oral communication.
- Strong customer interfacing skills and commercial savvy.
