Account Manager

• Drive in-period renewals and identify upsell opportunities by aligning the DataRobot GenAI platform and applications to evolving customer needs and business priorities
• Maintain and execute structured account plans to identify growth areas, map key stakeholders, and expand into new functional buying centers
• Own pipeline development and forecast accuracy for all existing-account opportunities; ensure CRM hygiene and visibility across sales leadership
• Partner with Technical Success Managers to monitor usage trends and re-engage underutilized accounts with targeted messaging and new application capabilities

• Partner with prospective customers and sales teams to map loosely defined problems into compelling, production-inspired prototypes.
• Design and implement end-to-end agentic AI MVPs, including multi-agent orchestration, tool use, memory, Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, and agent observability.
• Deliver engaging live demos that tell a clear story: problem → agentic solution → business impact.
• Support conversations around AI governance, data security, model transparency, and responsible AI practices in alignment with regulations.

Principal AI Solutions Engineer

• Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for high-stakes professional services engagements.
• Act as the primary translation layer between client business stakeholders (up to the C-suite) and DataRobot’s technical delivery team (AI Engineers and Data Scientists).
• Leverage your technical background to identify implementation risks early and work with the engineering team to mitigate them before they impact the critical path.
• Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with client sponsors. Manage expectations, handle escalations, and navigate complex organizational dynamics to ensure project success.
• Go beyond delivery by helping customers understand how to operationalize and adopt Agentic workflows, advising on process changes required to integrate AI agents into their daily operations.
• Run agile sprints, stand-ups, and sprint reviews, ensuring the delivery team maintains high velocity and clear direction.
