Run the full sales cycle in an ever-evolving, fast-paced startup environment, from developing relationships with potential customers to identifying their unique needs and challenges to driving the adoption of our complex solution.
Own forecasting targets and deliver on quarterly and annual quotas.
Work with our SDR team to ensure their success in generating revenue opportunities and effectively closing sales opportunities.
Liaise with finance professionals (CFO, VP Finance, Controllers, etc.), gain deep understanding of prospect needs, and create bespoke proposals and solutions.
Document sales activity in Salesforce and other tools; manage a high volume of accounts and opportunities.
Requirements
2+ years of experience as an Account Executive selling complex B2B SaaS products, ideally to finance ICPs (CFO, VP Finance, Controllers, etc.) or selling financial services, OR 2+ years of experience in FP&A
Proven ability to over-achievement on sales quota
Tenacity and professionalism with great time management skills. You must be able to manage your time to execute the diverse set of daily duties required to handle a high volume of accounts and opportunities and document sales activity in Salesforce and other tools.
Experience with Salesforce, as well as best-in-class sales enablement tools
Ability to understand, quantify, and synthesize the technical and commercial needs/challenges of your prospects and guide them to the right solution before bringing in specialized reinforcements.
Strategic, independent self-starters who will take ownership over the role, and who are proficient in outbounding and selling against a framework/system.
