About the role
- Build and manage relationships with ERPs and resellers in North America to generate high-quality referrals and revenue opportunities
- Identify, negotiate, and formalise partnerships with key ERPs and Value Added Resellers for Sage and Netsuite
- Lead the full lifecycle of partnerships — sourcing, onboarding, enablement, growth, and retention
- Support and provide guidance to internal teams including AE team, solutions consulting, and customer success
- Become a product expert and deliver clear, tailored demos that educate partners
- Activate new partners quickly to transition from signed to engaged and revenue-generating
- Drive measurable revenue outcomes through partner models including referrals and resellers
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Product to co-design and execute go-to-market initiatives and joint value propositions
- Develop and execute regional co-marketing strategies including events, webinars, digital campaigns, and case studies in collaboration with partners
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships or business development, managing global and industry-leading partners at fast growing startups
- 5–8 years of experience in partnerships spanning strategic enterprise collaborations and partner management (posting cites 5–8 years)
- Experience across multiple partner types including ERPs and Netsuite and Sage VARs
- Deeply embedded in the FP&A ecosystem with an established network across FP&A
- Strong commercial instincts with proven ability to drive partner-sourced revenue and influence product adoption
- Skilled in co-selling, partner enablement, and building scalable GTM playbooks
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Relationship-focused with solid executive presence and ability to build credibility with partners and internal stakeholders
- Ability to make personal connections with technical-oriented people as well as C-level audiences
- Comfortable operating in a high-growth, ambiguous environment
- Good planning and analytical skills; proven ability to apply these skills to complex situations with competing priorities
- Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- Knowledge of BI and analytics solutions is a plus
