About the role
- Join Finance team as Sales Operations / CRM Administrator responsible for managing and optimizing HubSpot CRM
- Own day-to-day CRM administration, data integrity, and system configuration
- Ensure accurate deal, contact, and company data
- Support sales team with training, troubleshooting, and adoption best practices
- Design, implement, and optimize workflows from quotation to signed booking (quote-to-booking)
- Ensure smooth handoffs between sales, finance, and customer success
- Monitor process compliance and suggest improvements
- Track and reconcile ARR vs. recognized revenue
- Support monthly and quarterly revenue close processes
- Ensure consistency and accuracy across financial and operational reporting
- Support finance in invoicing workflows and revenue documentation
- Calculate and validate sales commissions and maintain clear, auditable records
- Provide reporting and dashboards for sales leadership (pipeline, forecast, KPIs)
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure operational alignment
- Drive process standardization and efficiency across the go-to-market organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or CRM administration
- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models (ARR, MRR, revenue recognition)
- Fluency in both French and English
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
