Operations

• Join Finance team as Sales Operations / CRM Administrator responsible for managing and optimizing HubSpot CRM
• Own day-to-day CRM administration, data integrity, and system configuration
• Ensure accurate deal, contact, and company data
• Support sales team with training, troubleshooting, and adoption best practices
• Design, implement, and optimize workflows from quotation to signed booking (quote-to-booking)
• Ensure smooth handoffs between sales, finance, and customer success
• Monitor process compliance and suggest improvements
• Track and reconcile ARR vs. recognized revenue
• Support monthly and quarterly revenue close processes
• Ensure consistency and accuracy across financial and operational reporting
• Support finance in invoicing workflows and revenue documentation
• Calculate and validate sales commissions and maintain clear, auditable records
• Provide reporting and dashboards for sales leadership (pipeline, forecast, KPIs)
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure operational alignment
• Drive process standardization and efficiency across the go-to-market organization
