About the role

  • Identify, qualify, and engage prospects across targeted industries (finance, telecom, technology).
  • Manage the end-to-end process from discovery to contract signing: needs analysis, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level leaders, CX heads, support managers, and IT stakeholders.
  • Clearly articulate and demonstrate Deepdesk’s AI solutions to technical and business audiences.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and implementation teams to align on messaging, onboarding, and account growth strategies.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy, track KPIs, and deliver reliable sales forecasts.
  • Share insights from customers to help shape product development and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales (preferably in CX tech, AI, contact centre solutions, or automation).
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas, with experience closing €50K–€250K+ ARR deals.
  • Ability to explain AI and SaaS capabilities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and integrations in enterprise environments.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
