About the role
- Identify, qualify, and engage prospects across targeted industries (finance, telecom, technology).
- Manage the end-to-end process from discovery to contract signing: needs analysis, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
- Build trusted relationships with C-level leaders, CX heads, support managers, and IT stakeholders.
- Clearly articulate and demonstrate Deepdesk’s AI solutions to technical and business audiences.
- Partner with marketing, product, and implementation teams to align on messaging, onboarding, and account growth strategies.
- Maintain CRM accuracy, track KPIs, and deliver reliable sales forecasts.
- Share insights from customers to help shape product development and go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales (preferably in CX tech, AI, contact centre solutions, or automation).
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas, with experience closing €50K–€250K+ ARR deals.
- Ability to explain AI and SaaS capabilities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and integrations in enterprise environments.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
