Financial Planning and Analysis

• Support the global sales team in preparing proposals and collecting signatures using our esignature platform
• Create, revise, and distribute license files to fulfil new orders, upgrades, and demo requests
• Manage licenses as needed to support sales and renewal activity
• Gather and verify all relevant order data to ensure accurate processing of invoices and credits, maintaining records in line with internal retention requirements
• Coordinate with third-party software suppliers as required to fulfil new orders and software enhancement renewals

Finance Specialist

Implementation Specialist

• Provide implementation services related to the installation, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support of Datacor ERP software at customer sites and remotely.
• Work closely with Delivery Managers to execute project plans, meet milestones, and ensure smooth customer experience throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Meet with customers to analyze business processes and consult on best practices, system configuration, and process optimization using Datacor software.
• Deliver end-user and administrator training, including system navigation, workflows, and day-to-day operational use.
• Troubleshoot configuration, process, and data-related issues, providing timely resolution and clear communication to customers.
• Support customers during cutover and go-live, including hypercare support as needed to ensure successful adoption.
• Develop and maintain training documentation, user guides, and internal knowledge base materials to support continuous improvement.
• Contribute to methodology improvements by sharing implementation insights, lessons learned, and best practices with the broader delivery team.
• Manage multiple tasks and customer engagements simultaneously while completing administrative responsibilities such as time entry, status updates, and recap documentation accurately and on time.

Senior Implementation Specialist

Product Designer

• Conceptualize and design product solutions that balance visionary thinking, craftsmanship, efficiency, and business potential.
• Meticulously craft new product features — from initial ideas and user experiences to polished, pixel-perfect designs.
• Lead projects end to end, collaborating with engineers to bring concepts from vision to deployment.
• Work hand-in-hand with product managers to understand customer and user needs, using this data and intuition to scope design work aligned with the product roadmap.
• Serve as a mentor to junior designers, providing guidance and feedback in support of their growth.
• Establish and steward local, product specific design systems, defining core components, patterns, and guidelines that create consistency, quality, and scalability as our products and teams grow.
• Expand product design operations, ensuring processes are efficient, collaborative, and aligned with team and product objectives.

Lead UX Designer

• Lead and support full-cycle implementations of Baytek’s LIMS/QC solutions for refinery and chemical manufacturing clients.
• Work directly with lab managers, chemists, technicians, IT, and operations stakeholders to configure workflows, drive user adoption, train teams, and ensure the system supports regulatory and business requirements.
• Serve as the primary implementation lead and refinery lab subject matter expert during customer deployments.
• Partner with customer stakeholders (Lab, Operations, Engineering, IT, Compliance) to gather requirements and map real-world lab processes into system workflows.
• Guide project planning and execution to ensure on-time delivery, adoption, and long-term success.
• Configure LIMS/QC workflows to support refinery sample tracking, QC testing and results validation, and product release and compliance requirements.
• Deliver structured training for lab teams (chemists, technicians, supervisors, and other users) across varying technical skill levels.
• Troubleshoot technical and process-related issues during implementation and go-live support.

Lead Implementation Specialist

• Support senior implementation leads during customer deployments, learning the end-to-end project lifecycle.
• Assist in gathering requirements from customer stakeholders (Lab, Operations, Engineering, IT, Compliance) and documenting lab processes.
• Help coordinate project tasks and track milestones to support on-time delivery.
• Assist with configuring LIMS/QC workflows, including refinery sample tracking (units, tanks, streams), QC testing and results validation, and product release processes.
• Learn to align configurations with ASTM-based testing and refinery quality operations under the guidance of senior team members.
• Support instrument integration tasks and help document workflow configurations (GC, distillation, flash point, viscosity, vapor pressure, etc.).
• Assist in delivering training sessions for lab teams (chemists, technicians, supervisors) across varying technical skill levels.
• Help create and maintain documentation and knowledge transfer materials (SOPs, job aids, configuration notes).
• Support rollout readiness activities, including preparing training environments and organizing materials.
• Assist with troubleshooting technical and process-related issues during implementation and go-live support.
• Learn to identify opportunities to improve lab workflows, data quality, and reporting through system optimization.
• Provide observations and feedback to senior team members to support product improvement efforts.
• Actively participate in team learning through templates, best practices, and reusable configuration patterns.
• Build domain expertise in refinery lab operations, LIMS technology, and implementation methodology.
• Pursue relevant certifications or training as recommended by your manager.
