About the role
- Own and manage the end-to-end Change Management process
- Identify and implement improvements to processes in collaboration with stakeholders
- Facilitate and enable Changes and Releases while minimising risk to the customer environment
- Lead CAB meetings and deliver Change & Release reports and schedules
- Develop and maintain process and supporting documentation (user guides, templates, checklists)
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination of all change process stakeholders
- Act on escalations or escalate as required per the process
- Ensure Forward Schedule of Change (FSC) is maintained and communicated
- Conduct review of standard change effectiveness and facilitate approvals of standard change
Requirements
- AU Citizens ONLY and must be able to achieve Baseline Security Clearance
- Brisbane location (Datacom Location: Brisbane ONLY)
- 5+ years Change and Release Management experience, preferably in a managed service environment
- Strong and concise communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to converse with both end-users and IT employees at all levels including customer level
- Assures adherence to process and performance requirements
- Composed under pressure
- Communicates in a clear & timely manner
- Ideally ITIL Certified
