About the role
- Achieving revenue targets or sales quotas by engaging with new and existing clients
- Processing requests for quotes promptly and accurately, adhering to company policies and procedures
- Maintaining regular contact with assigned clients to ensure optimal service delivery
- Help customers and our other Datacom sellers navigate funding types from AWS to bring investment for those looking to transform with AI and Cloud
- Identifying customer objectives, decision-making processes, and building new and on, existing business partnerships
- Generating new business leads through cold calling, mailing, and referrals while staying informed about competitor strategies
- Participating in sales promotions, campaigns, events, and displays to boost AWS brand presence
Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar sales role
- Strong understanding of the Information Technology and Services industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for technology and sales
