About the role

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT recruitment market in Australia through strategic planning and targeted outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through face-to-face meetings, online communications, and regular follow-ups.
  • Use various tools, including LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and market research, to generate high-quality leads and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Conduct cold calls to reach prospective clients and introduce our recruitment services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage LinkedIn, social media, and other online channels for lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Work closely with the recruitment delivery team to ensure alignment and achieve a seamless client experience.
  • Manage and nurture leads from initial contact through to client acquisition, ensuring a consistent pipeline.
  • Use CRM systems to track, manage, and follow up on leads and client interactions

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within IT recruitment in Australia.
  • Proven track record in lead generation, cold calling, and face-to-face sales.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Goal-oriented, with a drive to exceed targets and earn uncapped commission.
