About the role
- Oversee delivery of large-scale data strategy, governance, and MDM engagements
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Provide quality assurance and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable client impact
- Anticipate risks, resolve issues, and maintain high client satisfaction
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships based on trust and measurable outcomes
- Identify opportunities to expand DataCatalyst’s services within existing accounts
- Support proposal development, presentations, and thought leadership to win new business
- Collaborate with partners and vendors in the data ecosystem to identify joint opportunities
- Mentor and coach consultants and senior consultants, supporting their professional growth
- Contribute to the development of frameworks, methodologies, and reusable assets that strengthen our delivery capability
- Help shape DataCatalyst’s practice strategy and service offerings
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in consulting (professional services or systems integration required)
- Proven experience managing large-scale client engagements and delivery execution, ideally in data governance, MDM, or enterprise data programs
- Strong track record of operational execution management — including program governance, financial oversight, and delivery quality assurance
- Demonstrated ability to engage C-level executives and build trusted client relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Strong organizational and detail orientation; able to manage competing priorities across multiple clients
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance strategic vision and hands-on delivery leadership.
