About the role
- Design intuitive dashboards, apps, and kiosks for drivers, toll operators, and administrators integrating AI outputs.
- Simplify complex AI insights (fraud alerts, traffic predictions, anomaly detection) into easy-to-understand visualizations.
- Ensure AI recommendations are explainable and transparent to avoid confusion or distrust.
- Define human-AI interaction patterns, including automation vs human approval and error recovery flows.
- Design voice/chatbot interfaces powered by AI for customer service at toll plazas.
- Design AI experiences promoting trust, fairness, inclusivity and ensure accessibility (visually impaired drivers, multi-language support).
- Build safeguards in UX for ethical AI use and avoid bias in alerts.
- Collaborate with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Business Analysts; conduct user research and usability testing.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups; test AI explainability features and refine designs based on user feedback and system performance.
Requirements
- Experience as a UX/UI Designer with a focus on AI/ML or data-driven products.
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure).
- Understanding of human-computer interaction (HCI), AI explainability (XAI), and ethical design principles.
- Familiarity with data visualization libraries/tools (D3.js, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong portfolio showcasing AI-related UX design projects.
- Knowledge of tolling/transport solutions (preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum Experience: Mid-level.
