About the role
- Lead the end-to-end design process for both mobile (iOS and Android) and web applications.\n
- Conduct user research and usability testing to uncover user needs and validate design decisions.\n
- Translate complex workflows into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.\n
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).\n
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers in an agile environment to iterate quickly and deliver on roadmap commitments.\n
- Contribute to and help evolve our design system and UI standards.\n
- Organize and present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback constructively in weekly Design Reviews.\n
- Advocate for the user while balancing business and technical constraints.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience designing digital products, with a strong portfolio of shipped B2B applications.\n
- Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related field.\n
- Proven experience designing for both mobile (iOS and Android) and responsive web platforms.\n
- Hands-on experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and synthesizing insights into actionable design improvements.\n
- Deep experience working in agile teams alongside product managers and engineers.\n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.\n
- Able to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.\n
- Open-minded, flexible, and receptive to feedback from cross-functional teams.\n
- Highly organized with a strong bias for action and accountability to deadlines.\n
- Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision or Axure.\n
- As part of the recruiting process, candidates will be required to complete a small UX project and present it to a panel of decision makers.\nNice-to-haves:\n
- Experience designing enterprise, multilingual SaaS products.\n
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.\n
- Experience contributing to or managing a design system.\n
- Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS) to facilitate better collaboration with engineers.\n
- Experience using AI-powered design tools (e.g., Figma AI, Uizard, Adobe Firefly) to accelerate workflows and enhance creativity\n
