About the role
- Lead UX design initiatives from concept to delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, visual comps, style guides, and redline specs.
- Understand and improve the end-to-end customer journey, identifying pain points and opportunities.
- Collaborate with UX researchers, visual designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver excellent user experiences.
- Use and contribute to design systems and guidelines.
- Manage priorities, timelines, and deliverables independently.
- Partner with Accessibility Lead to ensure compliance with accessibility standards.
- Communicate design decisions clearly across teams.
Requirements
- 6 years of experience in UX and interface design, preferably with complex enterprise applications.
- Strong portfolio showcasing full ownership of UX projects with wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
- Familiarity with Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and collaboration tools like FigJam or Miro.
- Understanding of front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Experience using research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Solid grasp of visual design principles: typography, color, grids.
- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards is a plus.
- Organized, adaptable, self-starter, and excellent communicator.
