Establish strong relationships with client senior leadership and ensure quality products and services
Drive growth through leading expansion opportunities
Develop effective short and long-term plans with business program leadership
Participate in all aspects of client life cycle, including needs assessment and solution presentation
Provide proactive risk assessment and solutions
Track industry trends and provide proactive solutions
Collaborate with O'Neil Client Sr. Managers for Account Plan outcomes
Oversee internal communications related to clients' strategic development
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in a client-facing role in consulting or account management.
Experience managing a Client P&L of $10+ million, including strategic planning, reporting, and metric assessment.
Knowledge in Healthcare (Commercial/Marketplace/Medicare/Medicaid) or Financial Services communications, including regulatory requirements.
End-to-end commercial life cycle management experience.
100% Remote with Preferred Locations: Tampa, FL or St. Louis, MO
