About the role

Own the administration and optimization of People systems (UKG, Ashby, Lattice, TeamOhana)
Serve as technical expert across HRIS modules including Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Security, and Reporting
Partner with People, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
Drive automation and process improvements to reduce manual work and improve the employee experience
Expand and enhance self-service capabilities for employees and managers
Lead system integrations, workflows, and configuration updates in alignment with business needs
Manage, coach, and mentor a team of HRIS professionals to deliver quality results for internal customers
Shape how technology supports people and culture as the company scales

Deep experience managing and optimizing HR systems, specifically UKG Pro and WFM (required)
Strong understanding of HR operations, from hire to retire
Technical expertise across HRIS modules: Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Security, and Reporting
Experience with applicant tracking systems (Ashby) and People tech (Deel, Lattice, TeamOhana)
Experience leading system integrations, workflows, and configuration updates
Experience driving automation and process improvements
Experience managing, coaching, and mentoring HRIS teams
Tech-savvy and analytical; ability to turn data into insights and action
Collaborative partner with clear communication skills
Self-starter, curious, solutions-focused
Authorization to work lawfully in the United States (application asks)
