Define and execute the data science roadmap for the entire customer journey, including lead generation, marketing efficiency, funnel optimization, churn, and net revenue retention (NRR).
Act as the subject matter expert for our sales data, building scalable analytics and models to empower the entire commercial organization.
Develop and deploy mission-critical models for lead scoring, churn prediction, and revenue forecasting.
Manage, mentor, and grow a team of senior data scientists, setting a high bar for analytical rigor and business impact.
Partner directly with executive leadership to provide strategic recommendations backed by data.
Establish and own the measurement frameworks for customer health, sales funnel performance, and marketing ROI.
Requirements
Extensive experience (6+ years) in a senior or lead data science role with a focus on commercial/customer analytics (Sales/ Customer Success).
A proven track record of building and deploying models that have had a measurable impact on business outcomes.
Strong communication skills and experience communicating results in a way that drives change.
Prior experience managing or formally mentoring other data scientists.
Exceptional ability to influence senior business stakeholders and translate complex data into a clear, actionable narrative.

Experience turning vague business problems into statistically rigorous analyses & solutions (e.g., causal inference, predictive modeling) — bonus
Interest in working and learning in an earlier stage company — bonus
Experience in Looker, Hex, and dbt — bonus
Deep expertise in analyzing sales funnels and working with complex CRM data (Salesforce is a strong plus) — bonus
