- We're scaling fast, and we need an Operations Manager who thrives in complexity and moves with urgency. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations engine, driving the strategy and execution required to scale production at unprecedented volume and speed. This isn't just about keeping the lights on—it's about building the operational backbone for hypergrowth.
- This role sits on our central Operations team and is focused on building infrastructure and develop strategic initiatives that solve complex business problems spanning multiple core functions You'll lead projects that determine how we scale operationally across a distributed footprint, and how we coordinate that scale cross-functionally—from Shipping Logistics to Quality to Product & Engineering.

- What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years in operations, manufacturing, or systems-focused roles (consulting, strategy, or product ops experience a plus).
- Strong program/project management skills with experience delivering cross-functional system rollouts.
- Experience designing and implementing systems for scale (ERP/MES, scheduling, resource allocation).
- Data-driven problem solver; comfortable using SQL,, Looker, or similar tools to build visibility and drive decisions.
- Strong communicator who can translate operational needs into system requirements and influence cross-functional partners.
- Self-starter with high ownership, detail orientation, and ability to drive clarity in ambiguous environments.
