Analyst

• Conduct comprehensive research on betting markets, consumer behavior, and industry activity across home markets (Australia, USA, UK) and expansion targets
• Develop models and frameworks to analyse market trends and project revenue growth opportunities
• Assist in providing analysis and assessment on new business development opportunities (including M&A)
• Support new product development and market entry initiatives through feasibility studies and market-fit analysis
• Review and summarise industry publications, key bulletins, analyst reports and economic data relevant to sports betting, daily fantasy sports and iGaming
• Assist in compiling evidence and research for license applications and regulatory submissions
• Provide analytical support to the broader commercial team, including performance dashboards, KPI tracking and ROI analyses
• Assist in review and negotiation of key commercial contracts, including reviewing supplier performance, contract renewals, service levels and costs analysis
• Contribute to scenario planning, business casing, and go-to-market strategies

• Handle direct and escalated service contacts from customers through telephone, live chat and email
• Ensure all required customer service activities are completed to Dabble’s high standard of customer communication
• Take ownership in Customer Service, QA, internal staff training and Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) compliance obligations
• Assist in the creation and implementation of CS policy/documentation for training of the team
• Assist in Compliance Officer roles where required and fulfil any associated responsibilities
• Build effective relationships within the team and broader business to ensure customer needs are primary focus
• Support wider company ad hoc Trading, Risk and other roles as required
• Ensure high level of accuracy, transparency, timeliness and compliance in day-to-day operations

• Actively participate in Dabble's 'Banter' channels to engage the in-app community
• Reinforce 'Banter' coverage by interacting with customers on a scheduled rotation from 8am to 10pm across weekdays and weekends
• Engage authentically using a friendly, conversational tone and celebrate Big Wins, follower milestones and hot streaks
• Document key moments and highlights from Banter to share with the broader team
• Curate and create content repurposable for the Dabble app and social media; produce a weekly video for in-app stories
• Collaborate with Community Engagement and wider teams to run campaigns, giveaways and promotions
• Use Responsible Service of Gaming training to identify and escalate community risks to Responsible Gambling agents
