About the role

  • Handle direct and escalated service contacts from customers through telephone, live chat and email
  • Ensure all required customer service activities are completed to Dabble’s high standard of customer communication
  • Take ownership in Customer Service, QA, internal staff training and Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) compliance obligations
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of CS policy/documentation for training of the team
  • Assist in Compliance Officer roles where required and fulfil any associated responsibilities
  • Build effective relationships within the team and broader business to ensure customer needs are primary focus
  • Support wider company ad hoc Trading, Risk and other roles as required
  • Ensure high level of accuracy, transparency, timeliness and compliance in day-to-day operations

Requirements

  • Experience in the gaming and wagering industry
  • Experience in a Customer Service focused role in a call centre environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Intercom or alternative and its functions (Admin level)
  • Advanced knowledge of Customer Service functions of a wagering organisation
  • Experience creating and reviewing employee training documents
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
  • An analytical mind and inclination for problem solving
  • Ability to prioritise workload and a can-do attitude
  • Availability to work a rotating roster including weekdays, weekends and public holidays
  • Ability to be available across varying hours with shifts scheduled across a 7-day week
