About the role
- Actively participate in Dabble's 'Banter' channels to engage the in-app community
- Reinforce 'Banter' coverage by interacting with customers on a scheduled rotation from 8am to 10pm across weekdays and weekends
- Engage authentically using a friendly, conversational tone and celebrate Big Wins, follower milestones and hot streaks
- Document key moments and highlights from Banter to share with the broader team
- Curate and create content repurposable for the Dabble app and social media; produce a weekly video for in-app stories
- Collaborate with Community Engagement and wider teams to run campaigns, giveaways and promotions
- Use Responsible Service of Gaming training to identify and escalate community risks to Responsible Gambling agents
Requirements
- A history of interactions with sports and racing fans is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Outcome focused, self-motivated, flexible and enthusiastic
- Ability to work rostered shifts from 8am to 10pm across 7 days of the week
- Resilient and confident, able to comfortably interact with people of all levels
- Exhibit a high level of personal integrity and confidentiality
- Willingness to learn and adopt the 'Dabbler' cultural fit
- Complete Responsible Service of Gaming training (role requirement)
