About the role

  • Architect and implement end-to-end solutions using Power Platform components: Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
  • Play a leading role on implementation projects serving as the technical expert supporting other technical resources, project managers, and change management leaders.
  • Conduct discovery workshops with customers and business analysts to gather and understand business challenges, requirements, and goals.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure best practices in governance, security, and performance optimization across Power Platform environments.
  • Write and present detailed technical proposals, including solution architecture, implementation plan, and cost estimates.
  • Design and lead Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements for key clients, guiding them through the testing and validation process to showcase the effectiveness of Copilot Studio / Power Platform solutions.
  • Design integrations with third-party applications, services, and APIs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments of the Power Platform and provide ongoing consultation to clients on best practices and new features.
  • Participate in internal training sessions to educate team members on Power Platform, AI capabilities, and the company’s unique value proposition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and refine proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation that highlight the value and feasibility of proposed solutions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years working in professional services in a consulting role
  • 6+ years of experience in Power Platform
  • Proven ability to engage clients, understand their needs, and translate them into innovative technical solutions
  • Strong presentation, demonstration, and communication skills
  • Proven experience with Copilot Studio (Azure AI Studio and / or Bot Framework is a plus)
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights) preferred
